txmlutil.dll is missing

Total security 2018 - build 22.0.8.118. Windows 7

When i try to open the control panel i get an error - The program can't start because txmlutil.dll is missing from your computer. try reinstalling to fix this problem.

i tried a complete uninstall, reboot and reinstall. same issue.

Hi, i am using the free version of Bitdefender for one year and a half, and two weeks ago i had the same message (txmlutil.dll is missing). I have Windows 8.1 64b and the file "C:\Program Files\Bitdefender\Bitdefender Security\antispam32" is inexistant in my laptop. How could I solve this problem?
