Unable to uninstall malware detected

Hi,

Bitdefender has detected 2 malware on my samsung j1 and when i click on Uninstall it says it is unable to be Uninstalled.

How do i remove the malware.

Hi Taidy,

Access your Central Account and click on the Notifications(the bell in the upper right corner). After that, check the list for the event detecting the malware and click on it. You will now be able to see the full path of the file. Please use the File Explorer on the phone to manually delete that file. Once both infected files have been removed, run another scan.
