Today my friend sent such a message from twitter. I think there might be a phishing link to take over the account.

Message content:
Hello, your account has been logged in Turkey-Düzce, if you are not your name please verify your account from the specially created link. Http://turkeey-twitter.gq/?368 Twitter 485 Twitter Inc.

The URL is already detected by Bitdefender as infected. Please advise your friend to not access that link.
