BDTS 2018 Memory leak

4-8GB memory leak  with 2018. 15GB leak with 2017. No leak on laptop. Processes and Cpu-z file included. PC crippled.

Must be my PC.

Win 7 x 64 15gb ram 1 gb swap

Support notified along with their zip file. Meanwhile any clues would be useful.
