Virus created file in c:\windows\*.exe and process with a digital name

Hi, get some virus in my network which created a lot of files in c:\windows with a digital name like 123435345.exe. Also it created the process with the same name. Bitdefender can detect and block it but can't prevent. Where it can come? How I can clean it? Any ideas please. Thanks!

Send us an e-mail at bitsy@bitdefender.com and we'll be happy to help you. Please make sure you send a few samples in a password protected archive(use the password "infected") and a bdsys log. You can also send a few screenshots with that e-mail, they may help in the investigation.
