Can not view log files after doing full scan

After doing a full scan, try to view log files. When  I click to load files after scan it takes over 5 minutes to load then hangs up when it hits 99%, so can not view. When you do a quick scan it works fine and you can pull up logs? Need to remedy problem due to scan finding E-mail archives with infected att. Have tried to contact BD support but no answer? Bitdefender 2018 Total security
