I'm having the same issue. Too many issues with BD 2018 so I had to uninstall. I want 2017 back but I can't find a download for it.
Also, cmd.exe, bcwipe.exe, conhost.exe.
Any update on this?
Why is BD 2018 so much more unstable than 2017?
