Returning To BD 2017

Is it possible to reinstall BD 2017? Version 2018 is just way too volatile. The problems I was having with PIA and constant quarantining of Windows Sys files has made it impossible for me to use 2018. I've uninstalled 2018. I never had the problems with 2017 that I'm having with 2018. I'm using Win 7 operating system BTW.

Also, is it possible for a refund if I can't reinstall 2017?

You might get through with it but eventually it will tell you that your device is at risk and that can't be avoided. (at least from my experience)

Right now I've decided to be content with Microsoft Essentials. When BD works all the bugs out I may switch back. For now it's just way more hassle than it's worth.
