Malware submit form problem

Hi

When i want to submit a undetected malware i choose "False Negative" and according to your info it is opposite of false positive and it means bitdefender fails to detect malware

But when i choose False negative the form still has a "Detection name"  place and says you can find the detection name from the Bitdefender product and ....

My question is when Bitdefender can't detect a malware how can i provide this information?

The field is optional and can be skipped, just like the screenshot. Note the "(fields marked with * are mandatory)" close to the the top of the form.

Please post back if you're having trouble with it.
