Bitdefender renewed my subscription with high price without my consent
I did not renew or auto renew the product but they charged me with 99.99USD for the subscription.
It makes me feel that it is a fault.
I am very very disappointed because i have contacted bitdefender many times in the past 3 days but no one replied me.

Yes i know. When you buy BD for a year, you get a mail. In this mail, you have to click on a link. In this link, you have to disable "auto extension of the contract".
This is, i agree, a fail from Bitdefender. And you would succeed on every justice court, if you take your lawyer and going to the justice court.
This, i totally agree - it is a fail, how BD extracts contracts. Your post was relevant, it was good to mention it.0 -
Hi
Came across this posting after not visiting this forum for a long time. If I remember correctly, the issue of "auto-renewal' has been mentioned on and off in the past. The latest posting can be seen here : /index.php?/topic/77775-renewal/" rel="">https://forum.bitdefender.com/index.php?/topic/77775-renewal/
At this time of the year when Black Friday/Cyber Monday 2017 sales are on-going, new customers to Bitdefender might need to be made more aware of this "auto-renewal" option at full price after expiry of their current promotional subscription.
These are some useful links relating to this matter:

Perhaps someone from Bitdefender will come along to assist.
BTW I am not affiliated with Bitdefender but uses their products. Best of luck.0 -
