device not displayed in central bitdefender
i installed bd total security 2018
this is the third device on my 10-license subscription
this device though does not display in https://central.bitdefender.com/devices
i've rebooted a few times
however, under central subscriptions https://central.bitdefender.com/subscriptions
it says 3 devices
any ideas?

Please try logging in with your account in the installed product again:
- Open Bitdefender 2018;
- Click on the hamburger menu → select Account;
- Then click the Switch Account button (from the bottom of the window);
- Enter your Bitdefender Central credentials (email and password).0 -
i did a total system restore and ran a new bd install, worked great
i think the issue was that norton was not totally uninstalled
after i did a system restore, i ran the norton uninstaller, then rebooted twice, then ran the bitdefender installer, all okay0
