Unable to manually delete identified trojan files

I am continually getting advised that Bitdefender has identified an issue and i am presented with the options to Delete Manually or Exclude. If I try to Delete Manually and move the item to Trash I get the message "The item can't be moved to the Trash because it can't be deleted." The file names always have Trojan.GenericKD.numbers and the file path is /volumes/com.apple.TimeMachine.loc.../Message Attachments/etc.

Can you please tell me how I get rid of these files and if my Mac is safe?

Hi Jodi,

From the screenshot you have sent, I noticed that the infected items are located on Local Snapshots. Backup items should not be scanned and  Bitdefender won’t be able to remove the infection because the backup items are protected.
