I have received what appears to be a follow up tech support questionnaire from BitDefender which Firefox is flagging as problematic.

I have attached a screenshot and would be obliged if someone could advise me if the questionnaire is genuine.

I've deleted your picture because your email address was visible there. The email itself is legitimate, and from what I've seen it was sent after your chat with our support team from about 10 days ago.
