I keep getting pop-ups that BD blocked a port scan from IP 185.222.211.98-
Does it do any good to report this attack, and if so to who?

There's no place where you could report it, even if you found and contacted their ISP it's doubtful they would take any action, just make sure you keep the option to block port scans in the Firewall enabled.
