ATC.SYS causes Green Screen startup failure

I'm getting a Green Screen, in Win 10 Build 17074, that prevents Windows from starting. Only remedy is to uninstall Bitdefender Total Internet Security 2018.
ATC.SYS Kernel_Security _Check_Failure
This is with latest build of your software.
