Why Big Auto-Update, after Full System Scan!?

I may be doing something wrong...?-
I like to scan my system, before shopping...
I usually don't do Any activity on cold startup, and wait 1hr before reboot.
I then wait 45min- Then open BD/click on B/ View Settings/Quick Scan/Full System Scan.
As soon as I return to Start page- A Big Auto-update starts (2-5min), and I have 100mbps cable internet.
The rest of the day, my system is Slow (It's like I did a reinstall...!), and I upgraded to SSD!?
What am I doing wrong?
