Including sites with valid SSL certs, including some of my own.
No I am not willing to whitelist all such sites.
You fix Bit Defender, and soon, or I remove BitDefender from all my machines, replace it with something else.
Have you submitted these FP to BD?
I was thinking the same thing as daman1, pzbrawl, maybe at least get your own site(s) submitted? https://www.bitdefender.com/submit/
I submitted a couple, we'll see what happens.
Good for you. It's been awhile since I've kept up here, but it may take 2-4 days for support to get to them depending on how busy they are?
Hi,
The URL you have submitted does not seem detected.
In case the website is still blocked, please send us some screenshots at bitsy@bitdefender.com and our team will gladly assist you.
Thank you!
Wow...what response time, Roxana...thank you for proving me wrong Better that way than it be 2 weeks longer than what I said
What is the average time it takes to process a FP/FN once it's been submitted?
We can't provide you with exact statistics. The maximum time for analyzing submissions through https://www.bitdefender.com/submit/ is 72 hours, though frequently the process is faster. That's why we recommend submitting false positives through that platform, as it should be speedier than going through support for most cases.
Always so helpful, thank you, Sergiu...you are the "Support Guy"...I like that above your Avatar, made me smile when I saw it.

You mean BD doesn't block it on your test machine?
BitDefender yesterday blocked it here.
The site is used all over the world, obviously BD blocking it is undesirable, whitelisting it isn't a solution, how do I stop BD from blocking it again?
As we have mentioned the website is not blocked and we were able to access it without issues.
False Positives are unfortunate, but they occur with all security solutions and we do our best to fix them as soon as possible.
In case the website is still blocked on your PC, please send us a screenshot in order to identify the cause of the issue.
