Hi,

New to Bitdefender - previously used Kaspersky, I've purchased the VPN add on, but only been able to access it from the device I initially installed it upon. Am I doing something wrong, or does the purchase of VPN relate to only 1 device - which wasn't clear at purchase time?

It's per device you install your purchased BD on. I take it you purchased the Premium version?
