I've the problem while installing the GO programming language on Windows 64Bit that Bitdefender Total Security 2018 is recognizing the virus:
Gen:Suspicious.Clound.4.nYW@aC3@d!f
in the file: Go\pkg\tool\windows_amd64\pack.exe So Bitdefender is deleting the file.
When I try to compile the Hello World programm i also get the error message that C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Temp\go-build187208006\b001\exe\a.out.exe is infected with:
Gen:Variant.Razy.308424
But the code for the programm comes from: GOLand Homepage
So I think this is a false positive. Can anybody check this?
To be mentioned, also the installation package for GO is loaded from the GOLand homepage.
Anybody can help me with this?
