I get a install error any ideas to fix? Error snapshot uploaded

I re-downloaded install file for AV 2018 and keep getting the install error, uploaded snapshot of error, any ideas how to fix?

Try running the system file checker: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/929833/use-the-system-file-checker-tool-to-repair-missing-or-corrupted-system , and I'd also recommend installing any available Windows updates.
