no icon on notification & lock screen

Now I don't see any icon on notification (at upper left of main screen) and also there is no notice of my device 'protected by Bitdefender' on my lock screen.

I even factory-reset, and reinstalled my Bitdefender but no help.

All the other antivirus programs that I'd used had their icons at upper-left & notices on  lock screen.

If Bitdefender has them, too, then how can I turn them on ?

(If Bitdefender does not, then I suggest it to have them. )
