False detecting of Asphalt 9 Windows 10 app 3 times!

Yes I reinstall Asphalt 9 3 times because of your ultra protective product. Also isn't uncommon other programs and games to be blocked from creating simple save file. Please FIX YOUR PRODUCT ASAP. After I try to find what file Bitdefender delete from Asphalt 9, I was unable to see it in the list of Quarantine items why?

Now I can't even re-install it because of you, i'm getting error 0x80070005 on Windows Store.

Why I can't see Asphalt 9 program in Quarantine when Bitdefender tell is there? Why nobody respond to peoples questions here? Do I need to contact support in order somebody to help me out?

Please go to Notifications area from Bitdefender and check the notifications regarding the detected file and select Restore.

Please make sure that Antivirus Shield and Advance Threat Defense are disabled when restoring the files. If you still cannot restore the file, please send us a Support Tool log at bitsy@bitdefender.com:
