MacKeeper Not Detected or Removed

I'm a Mac MSP and I have a few clients who have installed the malware (or at the very least should be considered PUP) MacKeeper.  This isn't being detected by Bitdefender and I'm having to remove it manually.  I'm using GravityZone to manage the endpoints.  Are my settings wrong or is this something that Bitdefender needs address?
