I use Mod Organizer 2 https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/6194 for multiple games. Starting this evening it detects the exes in the program as atc4.detection. I have excluded the programs but now it is blocking the creation of an ini file in my appdata folder. It also had an issue with https://loot.github.io/ and http://f4se.silverlock.org/ which are all loaded by Mod Organizer to run Fallout 4 modded.
Along with this I have had amd files blocked in the appdata\local\amd\glcache for the same reason.
