VPN server locations?

I am searching for a VPN solution and as I already have Bitdefender AV on my machine I am looking at the Premium VPN service too.

I cannot find anywhere a document or a webpage with all the server locations available with the service. Where can I find this information?

Currently servers are available for :  Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Netherlands, Norway, Romania, Russia, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine, United Kingdom and USA.
