I run Windows 10 with Bitdefender Total Security 2018 installed (Opps posted this in the wrong forum, i don't know how to delete, well i just got a trial of the new interface i think but yeah sorry)
A while ago (2 or 3 days) i turned on my PC and got a User Account Control pop-up, It was for a thing that was named "installation file" and was signed by "Bitdefender SRL". this is pretty normal, it usually does this when it is updating Bitdefender, but I decided to click show details and the files location was in appdata/local or whatever and then a directory called "RarSFX0" and then within that directory was the file that initiated the UAC pop-up "install.exe" and i did some research and people were talking about it possibly being malware. so i clicked No...
Did i make a mistake? I'm currently using my laptop and my PC has been turned off for a while now. i would love to know if it's safe to use my PC or if i have to do some cleaning.
Also when i turn my PC on i get the same UAC pop-up that i described, i know it was probably just a update or something but it keeps trying to run. what do i do?
