It seems you have no subscriptions


Hi! Wanted to install Total Security 2019 on another computer (got it working on my main comp). Steps I took are:


1) Sent the link from Bitdefender Central


2) Ran http://www.bitdefender.com/files/KnowledgeBase/file/Bitdefender_2016_UninstallTool.exe


3) Downloaded the new installer (using the link from email)


4) At the end of installation all I got is "It seems you have no subscriptions"

    Can you try a Switch account on the second PC?


     


    - open Bitdefender 


    - click My Account > Switch Account


    - enter the email address and password associated to your Bitdefender Central account.

    I ran 2018-version of that bitdefender uninstaller and now everything is ok on that computer (=installed the new 2019 ok). (before that I ran only the 2016 version and it didn't work (maybe, because that machine never had the 2016 version of the software)) :)
