Where can I view my open ticket with Bitdefender Customer Care on the Bitdefender website??
Hello, There's no such option at this time. All the emails support has sent you should be in your email inbox.
So, I seem to have deleted the email... Now what?
(The issue is the corporate VPN one you are also responding to.)
Same problem.
Where can I check my Tickets, and provide the requested information if I didn't get or deleted the necessary email?
If I answer the second email, nobody replies.
