How to be sure malwares infect my PC - All Internet traffics are blocked.

Hello,

Since yesterday, my PC - I use it for major works - refuses to reach any website, cannot retrieve and sending emails too.

I have BD 2018 (2019? cannot see where to find the version number) with automatic updates.

I've installed Malwarebytes yesterday to try to remove malwares as I supposed it is necessary using external DD. I don't know if it is a reliable security software.

I attach here the Logs file after last night scanning.

I thought that my BD have a malware removal tool item included but I did not find it.

What can I do ? It's quite difficult for me to find solutions.

Your help could be most appreciated.

To confirm for sure that the files were infected, we need the files detected by Malwarebytes and a Bdsys log at bitsy@bitdefender.com:

We recommend you as well to install Bitdefender 2019 in case you still have the 2018 version. you may install it from your Central account.

I get size limit error : the BD sys log have 21MB and the other one 3 kB. How can I do to transfer it to you ?

I've checked my last Bitdefender invoice : I've bought Total Security 2019 in august '18. In addtion, there is no button Install protection along with the PC device names in Central.

But there is no section too to adjust Malware settings and items on the concerned PC Bitdefender dashboard. Why ?

You can send us an email with just the description of the issue, and we'll provide you with an upload location afterwards on our platform, or you can upload the files directly to a platform of your choice (google drive, dropbox, wetransfer etc).

The "malware" settings can be found in the protection tab in Bitdefender, the various modules each have their own specific settings section in there.
