File Shredder - Which Method?

Greetings,

I like the option to have the application "File Shedder" included in BDTS 2019.  However, before I commit to BDTS as the solution to my

needs,  I would like more information on which standard  was implemented.

There are many methods to wipe data, are you using any of these:>>

Hello Joedit,

File shredder will perform three passes on the deleted file: once with zero data, once with 0xff and once with a random value. After the random value overwrite is complete, the disk is read to verify the overwrites.
