File Shredder - Which Method?

I like the option to have the application "File Shedder" included in BDTS 2019. However, before I commit to BDTS as the solution to my
needs, I would like more information on which standard was implemented.

File shredder will perform three passes on the deleted file: once with zero data, once with 0xff and once with a random value. After the random value overwrite is complete, the disk is read to verify the overwrites.0
