Need help with Malware removal

Hello,

I need help with an infection and I just want to know the best way to seek assistance please?

I will gladly post more info if this is the proper form; however this is a serious issue as I have been targeted by an obvious nutcase hacker who repeatedly infects me with Zbot, creates multiple partitions and installs multiple malwares on my system. This person also hacked my Paypal account.

The issue is being reported to the authorities but meanwhile my system is terribly infected with multiple security/important windows services disabled, without technical support im basically defenseless.

Do you mean to say that Bitdefender is capable of malfunctioning in a way that would actually stop important windows services? Or create multiple partitions; or do you mean that Bitdefender is capable of opening a Paypal account with my information prompting Paypal to alert me someone from New Jersey has opened an account that's connected to my student Loans with my credentials?

You have mentioned that the Bitdefender Ui refuses to load and to this situation, we needs to see what is causing it, as for creating multiple partitions or the situation for PayPal without the Bdsys log we cannot say much. Thus, it is recommended to send us the log via email for more analysis and once the analysis are complete, we will get back to you.
