No one is responding for my REFUND request which made by 'AUTO renewal'

I've submitted two support ticket and sent out 6 Email to Bitdender team, there has been NO RESPONSE at all. 


Even though I'm currently 'valid' bitdefender user, this company's response time and support quality is quite disappointed to me. 


 


My issue is here;


1. I already renewal my subscription at last Nov, but the 'Auto Renewal' has made additional payment at Jan 21. 


2. In order to refund last payment, I've made effort (mail / ticket) but there is no response at all. (2019012212210003 / 2019012406380001) 


3. I want to 'REFUND' my money. Do let me know how to do ASAP.
