Um,I have tried adding a exception list,but it still doesn't work,please fix this,it's pretty frustrating

Did you add 192.168.0.1 under Online Threat Prevention as well? If not, please add it on the Exceptions list under Online Threat Prevention. If the issue persists, please send us a screenshot with the message you receive.
