After install, Javascript error windows pop up every few minutes - Bitdefender unusable

Hi,

I'm running Win7 x64 on an HP laptop bought in around 2009 with English OS.

I successfully installed BD Total Security 2019. Straight away, about 6 javascript error popup windows would come up in quick succession, forcing me to click yes/no before continuing. These would keep coming back every few minutes. Bitdefender is unusable. I can't even activate it.

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling BD. Same problem.
