Is this malware? C:\Windows\System32\drivers\rtkhdasetting.zip

I just did a full system scan on our new computer which is only a few months old, and the scan log includes about 35 files that were not scanned because they are password protected. They are all in this directory and the names all start with 'rtkhdasetting.zip'

Example with address.

C:\Windows\System32\drivers\rtkhdasetting.zip=>rtkhdasetting=>103C8449=>APO.zip=>APO=>84481210=>84481210.txt

My question is.... are these files malware? If so, how do I remove them safely?

We bought it new from a shop. Do you know if the files are Makware?
