When I unlock my vault and open a file, the file is opend my default file reader. After I lock the vault, the file is still available on my default readers site. Is there a way to open files up in bitdefender vault only?

It is possible that your default file reader keeps a temporary backup of the files, thus, the information kept in the memory will probably still remain in the file once you lock-up the Vault.
