WebHelper, utorrentie.exe is it harmful?

Hello,

I saw in my processes in Task Manager that there is a process named WebHelper, created by utorrentie.exe, that takes alot of cpu usage,

so I searched about it on internet and this is installed with uTorrent and I found out that many consider it a malware,

so my questions are:

Is this file a threat?

Could've this have done anything that could cause harm, like steal my data?

I am using Bitdefender 2019 Total Security

You can use BitTorrent and uninstall utorrent.
