Unable to add Password

I trust that I have submitted in the correct Forum, if not then my apologies.

I have a file which I have created.  It is blocked.  I go to SafeFiles/Application Access to select the blocked file.

Before I can do that I must add my password to View the Application.  I then move the slider across to the Allow position.

A dialog pops up asking for my Password.  No matter what I try my machine "pings" and refuses to allow me enter that Password.  As such I am unable to create that authorisation.

Please let me know what password did you try to enter and on which OS do you have this issue. What message do you receive when you type your password?
