Infected Windows file keeps trying to run on Mac

Threat name: W97m.Downloader.ICI It is my understanding that this is a Windows PC virus and that, theoretically, it can't run on my Mac. Nonetheless, it keeps trying to run and I keep getting Bitdefender notices (several times a day) as indicated below. It's annoying. I want to permanently delete that file so it will stop trying to run. How do I do this?

This is what my notice says:

An infected file attempted to run on your device. Threat name: W97m.Downloader.ICI We disinfected the file to remove the dangerous contents and to prevent malicious commands from being executed on your device

Thanks so much for your attention to my issue. I am running macOS Mojave 10.14.5. I made sure all active applications were closed. I did generate a log, but it's 28MB and the instructions herein say it can only be 4MB total max size. Please advise. Thanks

You may upload the log on Google Drive or any other transfer website and send us the download link. Please make sure that you provide the download link via email and not on Forum, as the Forum is public.

Hmm, this is puzzling. What is it that I don't understand? I assume you can see all the posts to this thread since my initial inquiry (responded to by Bogdan G. As you can see by each post, I was never provided with a ticket ID. Please advise. By the way, that infected file has attempted to load 3 times this morning already.
