Windows Defender reports Bitdefender Firewall actions needed but I find none.

In order to address the encountered situation with Windows Security Center reporting that Bitdefender Firewall is turned OFF, please follow the steps from the article below:

When Bitdefender is installed and Firewall is activated, Windows Firewall will be turned OFF because these functions will be taken over by Bitdefender.

While the issue is not that the firewall is turned off, but rather that Windows Security Center reports "Actions Needed", I followed the steps in the referenced article anyway and came up only with this after winmgmt reported "WMI repository is consistent":
C:\WINDOWS\system32>winmgmt/resetrepository WMI repository reset failed Error code: 0x8007041B Facility: Win32 Description: A stop control has been sent to a service that other running services are dependent on.
Please reboot your device and if the issue still persists, follow the steps from our article again.
I was able to run the repository reset from safe mode and that fixed the problem, likely caused originally by a hardware issue that apparently came up about the same time.
