Is there any way I can get some more information about this said attack? Such as the IP address where the attack was initiated from?

Unfortunately, I don't have the entry anymore since I upgraded to 2020 recently which took all old entries away it seems.
Could check the Bdsys log you mention though but not sure where to find that one?
I did notice a new critical notification when I just checked. But this time with no description at all as you can see. Not sure why there's no information included with the entry?

Please follow the steps from the kb I have provided in order to generate a Bdsys log and send it to bitsy@bitdefender.com. As for the notification, indeed, you should be able to see the details and we will further investigate this situation via email after we make sure that your device is clean.
