Set as Home Network appears daily

Though I already answered it, it reappears. Why? Please, see attached image file.

Alex_optout_nomap IS my home Wi-Fi. I'm running Windows 10 Pro x64 version 1903 (18362.239).

ASUS TUF Z390M-PRO Gaming (Wi-Fi) motherboard with built-in Intel Wireless-AC 9560 with drivers v21.30.3.2 supplied from ASUS Support.

Any ideas?

If you set the wireless connection as a home network, do you still receive the message? Is the connection saved under Home Wi-fi network?
