Anti tracker is not enabled on Safari. Pressing the Enable extension button under the Privacy tab on Bitdefender nothing happens.

Please open Safari and click on Preferences, then go to Extensions tab and check if the Anti tracker is listed there. If it is, you may enable the extension from there. If it is not, please reboot your Mac and check again.0
