Bitdefender 2020 keeps blocking microsoft update
I have windows 10 machine and Bitdefender keeps blocking a microsoft major update:
The site and address appear legit. I'm in the US. Whats wrong?
I did a full system scan and there are no infected files.

Welcome to the Bitdefender Forums. The VirusTotal scan of that URL is clean. I am therefore assuming that you can successfully download the update but that you can't install it. If my assumption is incorrect, please let me know.
You don't say which Bitdefender protection component is blocking the update? What is the wording of the notification from Bitdefender?
It might be the Safe Files or the Advanced Threat Defense modules that won't permit certain system files or personal folders to be modified by the update. If so, you should be able to add an "Exception" for that update, usually right in the Notification.
Without more information about specifically why, and which BD protection component is blocking the update, it is very difficult to assist you with accurate information.

No, its clearly being blocked by BitDefender. This is from Bitdefender Central:
A malicious url was blocked on DESKTOP-IE7HMT1.
The device is safe.
