When running a backup Bitdefender keeps quarantining files in "Device\HarddiskVolumeShadowCopy*" and it interferes with the backup. These are mainly scripts from pentesting classes.
I have the directories where the files are located, e.g. "E:\Tutorials\OSCP Materials," etc. to the Antivirus "Exceptions" list with no issues. However, I cannot figure out how to add the "\Device\" path as Bitdefender complains that "the path is invalid" (even though it still quarantines files in that path).
Has anyone figured out how to do this?
