how to completely disable bitdefender so windows defender is active
Hi, I have been trialing Bitdefender IS 2020. The problem I am having is that I cannot connect to my company's VPN via Juniper Pulse Secure. The Pulse Secure Endpoint Security Assessment Plugin has been updated to the latest version, however Bitdefender 2020 does not appear in the list (as mentioned by our sysadmin). Before installing Bitdefender, I was able to access the VPN via Pulse Secure, as it recognized my latest version of Windows Defender as acceptable.
My question is, is it possible to completely disable Bitdefender for 5 minutes or so, so that I can at least connect to the VPN, and then enable Bitdefender immediately after? I have tried just disabling the antivirus via disabling antivirus > bitdefender shield, but this does not work, as Windows Defender does not show as being active.

Bitdefender Desktop Update Service
Bitdefender Device Management
Bitdefender Product Agent Service
Bitdefender Protected Service
Bitdefender RedLine Service
Bitdefender Virus Shield
Bitdefender VPN Service
AfVpnService
