TrafficLight 3.0.0 not functioning properly after upgrading to BD2020
Hello,
This may have been raised already - but am posting anyway for clarification and guidance on how to fix, recognising my system configuration.
Configuration is as follows:
iMAC 27inch mid 2010
MacOS High Sierra V10.13.6
Safari 11.1.2(13605.3.8)
Note: I have not/am not upgrading to latest Safari due to the belief that it does not allow Netflix HD viewing on mid-2010 spec machines
The issue
All BD2020 extensions appear to have been installed correctly on Safari - refer attached image
When clicking the Anti-Tracker icon on safari it appears to function correctly
HOWEVER - when clicking the Trafficlight icon - nothing appears - system attempts to display an image status but does not succeed - as shown in these clips:
https://www.dropbox.com/s/8a5gw3zbjiivq8b/20191101_100022.mp4?dl=0
https://www.dropbox.com/s/vrbtxx2yrzo4fmo/20191101_102626.mp4?dl=0
Assumption:
BD2020 is/should be backward compatible with my hardware/software specification - and therefore should function as expected and is therefore fixable.
Would appreciate guidance on how to fix this please.
Thanks,
Dave

Thank you for your reply! After further analyzing the information provided so far, I noticed that you're using Safari 11.
Trafficlight is compatible with Safari 12 and above. Please try updating your browser and let me know if everything is ok afterwards.0 -
Hello Alex,
Couple of points:
The previous TrafficLight extension app - the one that could be downloaded independently and not part of the BDefender app itself, worked fine on my current spec - hence my expectation that the new version embedded within BD2020 would also work without the need to upgrade Safari.
After upgrading to Safari 13, TrafficLight embedded within BD2020 works - however - Netflix then fails as Silverlight is no longer supported within Safari (12 onwards) and a mid-2010 spec does not support HTML5. The only workaround therefore is to rely on Chrome for Netflix but with reduced resolution which is not ideal solution from my perspective.
It is a pity that embedded Trafficlight is not backward compatible with Safari 11.
