Please Help Me ! 16th November My Pc Affected Peet Ransomware. I have Try Many types of File Decrepit but not one Help my Problem. Because this attack happened November so Tools are only ready for offline key end of Aug. My Key is Online. So Any IT help desk please Contact me. i have send my Ransomware notes. thank you.

We’re sorry to hear about this ransomware situation that you’re going through. We want to inform you that, usually, the ransomware infection deletes itself after encrypting the files, making it nearly impossible to decrypt them without the decryption key.

NOTE: We do not advise the users to pay the ransom to get the decryption key since it does not guarantee that the encrypted files will be restored.

 

The Bitdefender labs are constantly working on developing decryption tools that can recover the files. You can check if a decryption tool is available for the type of ransomware that you have encountered, by running the following Bitdefender Ransomware Recognition Tool:

1. Download the BRR tool and save it somewhere in your computer from https://download.bitdefender.com/am/malware_removal/BDRansomRecognitionTool.exe

NOTE: This tool requires an active internet connection.

2. Double click BDRansomRecognitionTool.exe and allow it to run by clicking Yes - if prompted by a UAC alert.

3. Select “I Agree” for the End User License Agreement

4. The application has two fields to fill in:

- The path to the ransom-note file;

- The path to a folder containing encrypted files.

5. Press Scan.

6. If the ransomware has an associated DecryptionTool, a link will appear in the Decryptor column.

Should the tool above fail in finding a solution another method of restoring your files is from a backup or Shadow Volume Copies if you have System Restore enabled. More information on the link below:
