Don't use HotSpot as your VPN partner. Switch to ExpressVPN/ NordVPN / IVPN / Perfect Privacy VPN. Or you can go with Air or Mullvad or surfShark.
I'm confused? Don't we get express VPN when we sign up for security? Can someone verify a chat or contact number to speak to security to get express VPN?

Express VPN is a separate, independent company apart from Bitdefender. The VPN that comes with Bitdefender is their own branded version, using Hotspot Shield servers. You would have to pay a separate subscription from them, in order to get Express VPN.
The post by @M1INTY at the time, probably should have been taken down as being a promotion for vendors VPNs not having a question regarding the Bitdefender product itself.
