In my Bitdefender Windows application, it shows that BitDefender Internet Security 2019 is installed on 2 out of 10 devices. I want to add a new device. But when I visit Central (https://central.bitdefender.com/) it is reported that I have no subscriptions. Where are my licenses and how do I access them?
Answer is that I was using the wrong account login. I opened the software from system tray, and looked at the email address under My Account. That is the email which must be used to login in to Central.
